Summary:

As a Public Area Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas within our hospitality establishment in Sydney. Your attention to detail and commitment to high standards will ensure that our guests enjoy a welcoming and pristine environment, contributing to their overall experience and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and outdoor spaces.
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing public areas for events and functions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning procedures is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
