Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Houseman to join our hospitality team in Castle Hill, New South Wales. This part-time, permanent role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a Houseman, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions as required.
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering supplies and assisting with laundry tasks.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their needs are met.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a high school diploma is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
