We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time contract role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. As a key member of the travel and tourism industry, you will contribute to enhancing the overall guest experience through your attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries promptly.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a secondary school certificate is preferred.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
