Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors, ensuring they are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries regarding cleanliness and maintenance issues.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
  • Restock supplies in public areas, such as toiletries and cleaning materials.
  • Assist in the deep cleaning of public areas as required, following established cleaning protocols.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred.
