Summary:

We are seeking dedicated Housekeeping Attendants to join our team in the vibrant travel and tourism industry in Sydney. This part-time contract role offers a competitive hourly rate of $25.85, with additional penalties for weekend shifts. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are in good condition.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist in the setup and organisation of housekeeping carts and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; however, a basic understanding of cleaning techniques is preferred.
• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition.
