About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations at our Brisbane site. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a productive and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations
  • Lead, support, and manage operational staff
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of laundry services
  • Maintain quality control standards across all processes
  • Coordinate and manage linen inventory
  • Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs
  • Enforce workplace hygiene, safety, and operational procedures

About You

You are an organised and proactive leader with strong operational experience in laundry or a similar environment. You thrive in a fast-paced setting and are committed to maintaining high service standards.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong knowledge of laundry processes (sorting, washing, drying, ironing)
  • Experience managing linen inventory and quality standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and hygiene standards
  • Commercial laundry or related industry experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent; laundry management certifications highly regarded
