The Role
This year at Ozdare, our focus is firmly on colour, with a strategic push behind our professional permanent and liquid colour ranges.
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Consultant to lead growth for our exclusive ELEVEN Australia brand across Adelaide and South Australia. In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our footprint and building strong customer relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Identifying new opportunities, opening new accounts, and growing existing business
- Driving sales of our professional colour ranges, alongside styling and retail products
- Prospecting and managing a robust sales pipeline, consistently closing deals
- Educating and training clients to maximise their success with our products
- Maintaining a structured monthly call cycle to ensure expectations are met and exceeded
- Achieving and surpassing monthly sales targets, while ensuring compliance with trading terms and addressing outstanding payments
- Infrequent travel to rural towns and to the Northern Territory.
- Regional and interstate travel as required
About You
- Proven track record in sales, with a strong focus on acquiring new business
- A passion for haircare, beauty, or professional sales is advantageous
- Permanent residency and full working rights in Australia (this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship)
- Preferably experience within haircare; alternatively, experience in a similar industry
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills

Location & Work Rights
This role is based Adelaide, South Australia. Applicants must be currently residing in Australia and able to travel regionally and interstate as required (eg: Sales Conferences).
