We are seeking highly motivated people with exposure in a similar role or industry to join our Crestmead Manufacturing Facility.
We have positions available working a minimum of 38 hours per week 9:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri, plus overtime as required.
The Role
Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor & Manager, the Warehouse Operator’s primary focus is to:
- Complete the day-to-day activities of the Goods In department focusing on efficiently handling, receipting and processing stock inward in a productive, accurate and safe manner
- Achieve 100% accuracy to receipting goods whilst minimising unnecessary damage
- Improve efficiency through accountability to standard operating procedures
- Efficiently load and receipt stock into/from the ASRS
- Provide coaching and training to new team members as requested by the Team Leader
- Promote teamwork between the manufacturing departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legislative requirements in the area of safety
- Execute directives that support the business strategy
The Applicant
The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following:
- Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
- Current forklift license (Required)
- HR/MR License (BONUS)
- Ability to follow clear verbal instructions
- Ability to multitask
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent people and communication skills
