Warehouse Customer Services Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated person with exposure to Warehouse and Customer Service join our Toowoomba Branch in a New Hybrid role.

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will primary focus is to:

  • Prepare customer orders as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor
  • Ensure stock and finished goods are received, handled, and delivered on time and accurately
  • Meet customer order deadlines through efficient handling and storage of stock
  • Assist with packing the work truck in line with daily delivery requirements
  • Review all orders for quality, accuracy, and completeness prior to despatch
  • Handle all stock carefully to minimise damage, errors, and rework
  • Safely and efficiently load and unload customer vehicles
  • Participate in daily toolbox meetings and raise any staff, product, process, or safety issues
  • Receive, interpret, and respond to retail, trade, and walk‑in customer enquiries
  • Prepare quotes and convert them accurately into sales orders and invoices
  • Resolve customer issues and feedback professionally, in the best interests of Oxworks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our client base
  • Work to reinforce the company’s Vision, Mission and Values

In summary, this role will bounce between the Warehouse and the Sales desk providing exception customer service to all customers and future customers in the Toowoomba region.

The Applicant

The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate that following:

  • Demonstrated warehouse experience in manufacturing environment
  • Current forklift license (Required)
  • Experience using MS Office, CRM software and ERP system (Required)
  • Ability to multitask
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills, people & communication skills
