We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to process the day-to-day activities within the Supply Chain Team. It is a critical role that ensures processes and stock is correctly recorded and administered, delivering high system accuracy.

If you have previous experience working in a fast-paced Manufacturing/Supply Chain environment and can display excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasking ability, good problem-solving skills, sound judgement and the ability to learn new processes and systems then this is a role for you!

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

The key responsibilities include:

  • Administering and shipping of stock in our computer system
  • Preparing daily picking and packing lists for the team
  • Responding to emails & the filing of paperwork
  • Interaction with Forklift and Truck Drivers
  • Answering questions relating to branch enquiries
  • Be a communication link/conduit between Fabrication & Sales teams to ensure the highest level of customer service & DIFOT
  • Ensure errors identified on Approvals work orders are immediately rejected/placed on hold until suitable amendments are found prior to commencement of fabrication
