Leasing Partner

OC are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Leasing Partner to join our Leasing team at our Eastwood location. Working closely with our Property Managers, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless leasing experience, ensuring properties are leased efficiently and compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

• Advertise available properties across relevant online platforms
• Conduct open inspections, including some Saturday work
• Manage and process tenancy applications accurately and promptly
• Present applications and leasing information to Property Managers

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

• A current Property Management License or currently studying a Cert IV in Property Management (essential)
• A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for real estate & growth in the industry
