Description

OC Real Estate is seeking a Leasing Partner to join our Victor Harbor team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop their career within a high-performing property management team.

Working closely with our Property Managers, you will play a key role in connecting prospective tenants with available properties and supporting the leasing process from enquiry through to application.

The Role

As a Leasing Partner you will be responsible for:

  • Advertising available rental properties and managing enquiry levels.
  • Conducting open inspections and providing prospective tenants with relevant property details.
  • Reviewing and shortlisting rental applications efficiently.
  • Working alongside our Property Managers to present applications to landlords.
  • Serving as the main contact for inquiries about available properties.
  • Maintaining strong communication with applicants throughout the leasing process

About You

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate :

  • A current Property Management license or currently completing your real estate qualification (essential)
  • A current drivers’ license and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for real estate & growth in the industry
