Outdoor Steel Solutions is a family-owned business with over 20 years in operation and multiple locations across Victoria. We are an accredited Ranbuild dealer and operate the Safe & Secure Garage Doors division.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking multiple reliable and capable team members to join our Bendigo-based construction team.
These roles involve a mix of shed construction and roller door and panel lift garage door installations, including customised work. All team members will be exposed to both areas of work.
This is hands-on, physical outdoor work and is not suited to everyone. We are looking for people who turn up, follow direction, and take pride in doing the job properly.
About the role
- Construction of steel sheds and structures
- Installation of roller doors and panel lift garage doors (including customised installs)
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Manual handling and repetitive tasks
- Working under Team Leaders and following set processes
- Working to schedules and quality standards

To be successful, you must:
- Be genuinely reliable and punctual
- Have a strong work ethic and a practical, hands-on attitude
- Be able to take direction and work as part of a team
- Take pride in quality workmanship and clean finishes
- Hold a current White Card
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Be physically fit for full-day manual work
Experience and tickets
- Shed building, garage door installation, or general construction experience is highly regarded
- Experience with roller or panel lift doors is an advantage
- EWP Yellow Card, Working with Children Check, or other relevant tickets are desirable

- These roles are not suitable for anyone seeking short-term work or an easy construction job.
