Position Summary
We’re looking for a PR & Events Manager to support and execute Outcast’s public relations and events strategy, strengthening brand equity and cultural relevance. This role sits at the intersection of fashion, culture, talent, and experience – responsible for VIP placements, stylist relationships, and experiential brand moments.
You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure Outcast shows up in the right rooms, moments, and conversations – always ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute brand events, activations, campaign launches, and experiential moments
- Contribute to and manage a strategic annual events calendar
- Oversee end-to-end event production, including venues, vendors, budgets, and on-site execution
- Manage day-to-day relationships with PR agencies and event production partners
- Identify and secure culturally relevant VIP talent and brand partners
- Own talent dressing and celebrity engagement for red carpets, campaigns, tours, and events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier stylists
- Oversee PR sampling strategy, press materials, and brand assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Social, Influencer, Marketing, and Creative teams
- Track PR performance and deliver reporting, insights, and post-event recaps
- Support and mentor junior team members
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in PR, events, talent relations, or brand marketing within fashion, lifestyle, entertainment, or culture-driven brands
- Strong experience managing VIP placements, stylist relationships, and talent moments
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and budget management skills
- Culturally fluent with a strong instinct for trends, tastemakers, and cultural relevance
- Confident working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
