Affiliate Manager

Position Summary

As Affiliate Manager, you’ll own Outcast’s affiliate program end-to-end, from recruiting and managing creators and partners to driving incremental revenue and building a scalable affiliate engine. You’ll work closely with Paid Media, Influencer, Creative, and Brand teams to ensure affiliates are integrated into the broader growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the affiliate strategy across key markets
• Recruit, onboard, and grow a diverse mix of affiliate partners
• Build a scalable affiliate program that supports both brand and performance goals
• Define commission structures, incentives, and promotional mechanics
• Manage day-to-day relationships with creators and affiliate partners
• Proactively drive consistent content, engagement, and performance
• Brief partners on launches, campaigns, promotions, and gifting
• Ensure brand alignment, messaging consistency, and compliance
• Track affiliate performance against KPIs (revenue, ROAS, CPA, incrementality)
• Test new content formats, partner types, and growth opportunities
• Partner with Social, Creative, and Ecommerce teams on briefs, trends, and launches
• Provide clear insights on what’s driving growth and where improvements are needed

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing or creator partnerships (fashion, beauty, or DTC e-commerce preferred)
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (Impact, Rakuten; TikTok Shop Affiliates highly regarded)
• Data-literate with strong analytical skills
• Strong relationship-building and partner management skills
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of partners
