About the role

 

  • Hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available 
  • Part time 0.6 FTE (flexible work arrangements available) 
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal) 
  • $90,999 – $93,845 (pro-rata) + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave 

 

This is a genuinely flexible part-time opportunity (22.8 hrs per week). You design your week to suit your lifestyle. Whether that’s 3 full days, school hours, or shorter days across the week, we’re open. 

 

Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the Recruitment & People Advisor

will work collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team to carry out tasks in support of Our Watch’s objectives. This involves leading the end-to-end recruitment process, monitoring our P&C and recruitment inbox and coordinating key people processes including annual performance reviews and the twice-yearly People Survey.   

 

About you

 

You’re a people‑focused HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment. You bring a confident understanding of end‑to‑end recruitment, paired with a genuine passion for building positive employee experiences. You’re comfortable advising leaders, supporting staff, and navigating the nuances of HR with pragmatism and sound judgement. You enjoy improving processes, strengthening culture, and finding practical solutions that help people do their best work. Above all, you’re proactive, organised and flourish within collaborative environments. Work with a staff group of passionate people, to contribute to the ongoing Our Watch mission!
