About the role

 

  • Hybrid and remote working arrangements available 
  • 0.8FTE – 1.0FTE (flexible work arrangements available) 
  • Fixed term to June 2027 (with potential for renewal) 
  • $102,303 – $107,362 + 12% super + 17.5% annual leave loading + 5 additional days health/wellbeing leave 

 

Working within the Corporate Services Directorate, the People and Culture Business Partner provides strategic advice to staff and leaders, supporting effective end to end employee lifecycle management. The role provides hands-on coaching and support, stays current with relevant legislation and best practice guidelines, and take a leading role in policy reviews and Employee Value Proposition projects. Bring your intersectionality, diversity and inclusion experience into this varied and impactful P&C generalist role. 

 

About you

You will be an experienced HR professional with excellent operational skills, judgment, and a willingness to work collaboratively. You will have previous experience with ER/IR laws, performance and change management, implementing new processes and procedures, policy reviews, and a demonstrated ability to support effective leadership through coaching and capability building. An understanding of intersectionality, and experience working and communicating with a diverse audience is essential.
