POSITION OVERVIEW
As L2 Network Engineer, you will primarily provide excellent (Level 2) technical service to enhance the ability of our support teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Previous experience in supporting Meraki and/or Fortinet environments will be highly desirable.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience with supporting within a service provider environment is ideal for this role. You will need to be Cisco certified with a minimum of a CCNP/CCNA that is current. Your English / Australian communication and people’s skills should be effective with the ability to easily build rapport.

• Previous experience in telecommunications would be highly advantageous
• Excellent diagnostics and resolution skills.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Exceptional (English) written and verbal communication skills are a key requirement for this role.
• A current CCNA or CCNP or higher certifications is mandatory.
• A minimum 4 years hands-on Experience in LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SDWAN implementations across Cisco, Meraki and Fortinet products in a Service Provider environment.
• Mandatory experience with Cisco Routing and Switching, specifically Cisco Wireless (AirOS, 9800WLC), Cisco Catalyst Centre (DNA-C).
• Desirable experience with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Cisco Firewall (ASA, Firepower) and Cisco ACI.
• Desirable Experience in supporting and maintaining MPLS and SDWAN networks
