This role exists to help customers feel confident, supported, and informed about their
insurance. You will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and live chat,
helping them understand their cover, update policies, and resolve issues while contributing to
a smooth and positive customer experience

Experience in customer service, phone support, retail or hospitality is helpful, but not essential.

Role location
Based in our Sunshine Coast CBD office (Maroochydore), it’s an exciting time to join our team
and be part of a technology company that is solving some of the most exciting problems in
insurance.
We offer flexible hybrid work arrangements, including up to two days working from home to
support work–life balance.
Start date
We’re ideally looking for people to join the team in April (around the 20th), however we’re flexible depending on candidate availability and notice periods.
