🏡 Supported Independent Living (SIL Homes)

• 24-hour structured living environments

• Supporting daily routines, independence and skill-building

• Team-based support with clear communication and handover processes

🏠 In-Home & Self-Care Supports

• Personal care and daily living assistance within participants’ homes

• Promoting independence in familiar environments

• Supporting routines and wellbeing

🌍 Community Access & Social Support

• Appointments, recreational and social engagement

• Goal-focused community participation

• Skill development and increased independence

🧠 Complex & Behaviour Support Roles (PBS/PBSP)

• Working with participants with high behaviours and complex needs

• Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)

• Structured, consistent and proactive support approaches

We are seeking workers who value consistency and want to be part of stable, ongoing rosters.

Greater availability and flexibility across days, times and service types allows us to offer you more consistent hours and tailor opportunities to suit your schedule. We aim to build rosters that work well for both our participants and our team members.

Reliable availability and commitment to scheduled shifts are highly valued.

🛠 What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP) where required

• Supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern

• Providing personal care and daily living support

• Assisting with medication and health monitoring

• Supporting community access and goal achievement

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation (shift notes, incident reports)

• Following organisational policies, compliance requirements and WHS procedures

• Working collaboratively with team leaders and allied health professionals

Professional documentation and compliance awareness are essential in this role.

🌱 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in disability support (SIL, in-home, community or complex support)

• Strong understanding of person-centred and trauma-informed practice

• Calm, professional and reliable approach

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Commitment to roster stability and team collaboration

⭐ Preferred (Not Essential)

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support

• Medication competency

• Experience within the NDIS framework

• First Aid & CPR

• Valid driver’s licence
