Help Everyday Aussies Build Wealth and Have a Bloody Good Time Doing It
At OpenCorp, we’ve spent nearly 20 years showing Australians that wealth creation isn’t just for the lucky few. It’s for anyone who’s willing to follow a proven plan.
Now we’re growing again, and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of something bigger than a job.
Someone who gets people.
Someone who can hear a client’s story, spot the opportunity they’ve missed and help them take the next step with confidence.
If that sounds like you, you’re already our kind of human.
Why This Role Exists
We don’t pretend the finance industry is perfect. Plenty of clients get forgotten or fall off the radar once their loan settles. Not here.
Your mission is simple:
Keep clients moving forward instead of drifting backwards.
You’ll reconnect with people who haven’t reviewed their loans, uncover better deals, protect their cash flow and help them get back on the path to building real wealth.
Because when we help a client save money or buy their next investment, it changes their life, and that’s something worth turning up for.
What you’ll actually do
- Pick up the phone and speak to real people – no cold calling, just clients who already trust us.
- Spot lending opportunities fast – refis, lower rates, expiring fixed terms, borrowing capacity changes.
- Run simple borrowing capacity checks
- Warm up cold clients who’ve been off the radar and bring them back onto the OpenCorp pathway.
- Hand over high-intent opportunities to our Brokers and Portfolio Managers (who will love you for it).
- Use value-add tools like budgeting templates and market updates to keep clients engaged and moving toward their wealth goals.
- Help clients stay on track with their goals, instead of waking up in five years wondering where they went wrong.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
You don’t need to be a math professor or a financial analyst.
You just need to be the kind of person who:
- Loves talking to people.
- Can break down finance in a way everyday Aussie’s actually understand.
- Isn’t scared to pick up the phone.
- Can spot an opportunity that others miss.
- Cares about doing right by clients.
- Get motivated by helping people win.
If you’ve worked in sales, lending, customer engagement or finance support – Ace. If you haven’t but you haven’t but you’re a quick study with strong people skills – we want to hear from you too.
What you’ll bring
- A good head for numbers and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills and zero fear of a phone call
- CRM discipline (Salesforce experience is a bonus)
- Curiosity, resilience and a “let’s get it done” attitude
- A genuine desire to help clients grow their wealth
What You Get in Return
At OpenCorp, you’re not just processing files.
You’re helping clients make important financial moves that can shape their future.
You’ll also get:
- KPI aligned bonus structure – reward for performance
- Discounted investment property access – build your portfolio
- WFH two days per week – hybrid flexibility
- Ongoing training and mentoring – learn from the best
- Confidential EAP – support when you need it
Who We Are
OpenCorp is built on one simple belief – everyday Australians deserve access to the same wealth-building strategies the top 1% use.
Through property investment, finance broking and long-term strategy, we’ve helped thousands of families build genuine financial freedom.
If you want to be part of a team that walks the talk, cuts the fluff and focuses on results, you’ll fit right it.
