Help Everyday Australians Make Smarter Lending Decisions
At OpenCorp, we’ve spent nearly 20 years helping everyday Australians build wealth through the right strategy, the right advice and the right support.
Now we’re growing again, and we’re looking for a Credit Analyst who wants to be part of a team that genuinely helps clients move forward.
This is not just about ticking boxes or pushing paper.
It’s about looking at the full picture, understanding a client’s position and helping create smart lending solutions that support their next step.
If you’re analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy turning complex information into clear outcomes, this could be a brilliant fit.
Why This Role Exists
Great lending outcomes do not happen by accident.
They happen when someone knows how to assess a client’s position properly, spot the right opportunities and prepare a strong file that gives the deal the best chance of success.
That’s where you come in.
As Credit Analyst, your role is to assess financial information, review lending scenarios, structure deals and support brokers with high-quality submissions that help clients secure the right finance solution.
You’ll play a key part in helping OpenCorp clients move forward with confidence, whether that means refinancing, purchasing again or improving their current position.
What you’ll actually do
- Review client financial information and supporting documents with accuracy and care.
- Analyse borrowing capacity and assess lending scenarios across a range of client situations.
- Identify risks, strengths and possible solutions within each deal.
- Prepare and package finance applications for submission.
- Work closely with brokers and support teams to ensure files are complete, well-structured and ready to progress.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to keep deals moving.
- Maintain accurate notes, updates and pipeline activity in the CRM.
- Help create a smooth, professional experience for clients throughout the finance process.
Who This Role Is Perfect For
This role suits someone who enjoys the detail and takes pride in getting things right.
You might already have experience in credit analysis, mortgage broking support or lender assessment. Or you may have worked in a similar finance role where strong analysis, process discipline and attention to detail were essential.
You’ll likely do well here if you:
- Enjoy reviewing numbers, documents and financial scenarios.
- Can think critically and spot issues before they become problems.
- Like working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy matters.
- Communicate clearly and work well with others.
- Take ownership of your work and follow things through.
- Want to be part of a team that genuinely helps clients build wealth.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a credit analyst, loan processing, mortgage support or similar finance-based role.
- Strong understanding of lending fundamentals and loan structuring.
- The ability to interpret financial documents and assess borrowing scenarios.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confidence working across multiple files and deadlines at once.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- CRM discipline and solid general tech skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
What You Get in Return
At OpenCorp, you’re not just processing files.
You’re helping clients make important financial moves that can shape their future.
You’ll also get:
- KPI aligned bonus structure – reward for performance
- Discounted investment property access – build your portfolio
- WFH two days per week – hybrid flexibility
- Ongoing training and mentoring – learn from the best
- Confidential EAP – support when you need it
Who We Are
