As a Senior Paid Media Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Building the client strategy document within the prescribed timeline in line with OMG best practice Google, Meta, TikTok and any other paid channels that are included in the OMG service offering.
Drive strategic improvements within OMG’s social media service offering and work with your line manager to develop and improve agency technical best practices.
Grow your client accounts to become multi-service clients
Provide creative input to drive performance across core products such as Pmax & Meta
Attend client calls and present at strategy alignment meetings to discuss your work and accomplishments
Research new strategies, channels & ideas to help drive new products forwards
Be part of new feature and tech rollout in our proprietary platform Gurulytics
Attend industry events where available
Must have:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Google & Meta
Comfortable with Google Analytics
Experience managing large budgets and campaigns across multiple digital advertising channels
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent research and analytical skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management
Adoption of AI in your workflows
Must be available to work in the Sydney office
Desirable:
Experience of Pinterest & TikTok
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts
Shopify experience
Google Tag Manager experience

Proficiency with sophisticated data analysis e.g. SQL
A foreign language
