The Offering
We’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Smartphone Specialist to support one of our clients — setting up and operating kiosk solutions at their sites.
This short-term, casual opportunity suits someone customer-focused and flexible, with a willingness to travel to different sites across South Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client sites to set up, configure and operate kiosks, ensuring they’re visually appealing and ready for trade each day.
- Deliver a standout customer experience on behalf of our client — offering expert guidance on accessories, device features and basic smartphone repairs.
- Help customers identify device issues and recommend tailored solutions.
- Process sales and orders efficiently via POS, both in person and over the phone.
- Manage day-to-day kiosk operations independently, maintaining stock presentation, inventory accuracy and a clean, professional setup.
- Coordinate with the client’s store manager on stock requirements, reporting and operational needs.
- Provide feedback to 1Solution on kiosk performance, customer trends and any technical issues.
What We’re Looking For
– Self-Starter: Comfortable working independently at a client
site with minimal supervision — you take ownership of your space.
– Passion for Tech & Service: Genuine interest in mobile
technology and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
– Hands-On & Organised: Confident setting up displays,
managing stock and keeping a kiosk running smoothly day to day.
– Strong Communicator: Ability to engage customers in a
high-traffic environment and represent both 1Solution and the client brand
professionally.
– Retail or Sales Experience: A plus, but not essential — if
you’re enthusiastic and willing to learn, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- Availability to work on specific rostered days for kiosk events
- Ability to travel to various rural locations in South Australia as required
- A current and valid Police Clearance
