Primary Objective

Accounts Receivable play a crucial hands-on role in the delivery of exceptional customer service to all our customers (internal departments and external) in the recovery of receivables owed to the company.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Recognise, follow and actively support safety as a priority in everything we do

• Receipting payments as required

• Accuracy of invoicing

• Establish credit limits and monitor for any potential changes

• Enforce trading terms and ensure regular collection of outstanding accounts

• Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers

• Develop and maintain product knowledge

• Contribute to overall company culture by understanding company values

• Diligently handle and successfully resolve customer queries

• Assist in month-end reporting

• General office administration

Key Performance Indicators:

• Customer Satisfaction

• Phone call management

• Processing payments on time

• Reconciliation of accounts

Qualifications and Skills:

• Attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Microsoft 365 proficient

• SAP (desired but not essential)

• Ability to work independently

• Experience in a similar role
