At Olympia Projects, we are passionate about improving the lives of people living with disability across regional Victoria. With strong community roots in Bendigo and Mildura, we deliver participant-led, high-quality NDIS services that empower individuals to live independently and with dignity. We are now looking for a proactive and community-minded Business Development Manager to help us grow our reach and impact.

As the NDIS Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our local footprint in the disability services sector, and strengthening our partnerships with participants, families, and key stakeholders. This role combines business development, stakeholder engagement, and service design, all while ensuring compliance with NDIS standards and a person-centred approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth – Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across all NDIS service areas (e.g. Core Supports, Community Access, SIL, STA).Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), Plan Managers, and referral sources in Bendigo, Mildura, and surrounding regions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement- Foster strong relationships with healthcare providers, allied health professionals, schools, and local community groups.Work directly with participants and families to understand their goals and connect them with the right supports.
  • Stay up to date with NDIS pricing, reforms, and policy changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, and partner engagement in the CRM.
  • Liaise with the intake, rostering, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new participants.

About You

  • Previous experience in business development, sales, or stakeholder engagement, ideally in the NDIS, healthcare, or community services sector
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework, funding categories, and participant needs
  • Familiarity with regional service delivery challenges and community networks is highly desirable
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Cultural awareness and a passion for inclusive, person-centred care
