About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our growing team. In this rewarding role, you will be supporting clients in the Gold Coast area — with opportunities for additional shifts in nearby locations as your roster grows.
Your day may include assisting participants with:
- Supporting emotional wellbeing and daily routines
- Encouraging community participation and independence
- Assisting with personal care and household tasks
- Providing transport to appointments and activities
- Implementing strategies from allied health and mental health professionals
- Maintaining accurate notes and communication with the team
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the disability sector (preferred)
- High intensity Support experience preferred.
- At Home Supports and Community Access experience
- Current QLD Open Driver’s Licence
- Comprehensive car insurance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid, and CPR
