The Opportunity

We’re looking for enthusiastic Production Operators who enjoy working in a clean, well supported environment where quality, teamwork, and clear processes matter. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, you’ll be joining a workplace where everyone is valued and set up for success.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting refinery operations, ensuring safe oil receival and efficient packaging
• Operating and monitoring production equipment
• Working closely with your team to achieve production goals
• Following established safety and quality procedures
• Taking part in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

• Reliability and strong attention to detail
• A willingness to learn (full training provided)
• Ability to work rotating 12 hour shifts, including nights
• Experience in oil refining or dairy is helpful but not essential
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to a positive team culture
• A forklift licence
