The Opportunity

Step into a pivotal leadership role as you guide our Quality Department, overseeing food safety, quality systems, audits, and quality assurance compliance. You’ll be a key driver behind ensuring all products—whether made in-house or through partners—surpass global food safety, quality assurance and regulatory standards. This is your opportunity to deliver world-class quality in the nutrition sector and make a lasting impact.

  • Lead and improve GFSI-aligned Food Safety Management System across all sites.
  • Maintain HACCP, food safety plans, and quality controls for manufacturing sites.
  • Manage internal and external audits, corrective actions, and verification activities.
  • Drive food safety culture through leadership, engagement, and targeted training.
  • Oversee quality assurance for in-house and sub-contract manufactured products.
  • Ensure compliance with FSANZ, Codex, China GB, FDA, EU, and more.
  • Lead, coach and develop the quality team
  • Provide key decisive decision support to senior leadership

You’re a proven leader in quality, combining technical mastery and a strong dedication to food safety. Expert at nurturing a culture of excellence, you confidently navigate regulatory frameworks and drive robust systems and high-performing teams across the organisation.

You’ll bring:

  • Extensive food safety and quality management experience in food, nutrition, pharmaceutical or ingredients manufacturing
  • Degree in Food Science/Technology (or related Scientific Discipline)
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC22000 and global standards
  • Proven in audit leadership, compliance and corrective actions
  • Experienced people leader, developing quality teams
  • Structured, process-driven with excellent problem-solving
  • Outstanding communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
