Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all public area spaces to the highest standards.
• Complete scheduled and routine cleaning duties efficiently.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and report any faults or maintenance issues.
• Assist guests with inquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and features.
• Adhere to all guest privacy and security protocols.
