Team Lead / Associate Team Lead – Security

About the Role:

We are seeking a Team Lead / Associate Team Lead – Security to lead a team of engineers in our SOC. This role covers cloud, endpoint, and email security, and requires strong technical expertise along with leadership skills to manage projects, mentor team members, and engage with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of security engineers across cloud, endpoint, and email security domains.

• Architect and oversee implementation of security solutions in Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments.

• Manage endpoint protection (Microsoft Defender for Endpoint) and email security (Defender for Office 365).

• Guide the development of automation and incident response playbooks.

• Manage client engagements and provide strategic security guidance.

• Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security in DevOps workflows.

• Drive continuous improvement in threat detection and response.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in security operations with leadership experience.

• Strong expertise in Azure and AWS security architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender suite, Azure Sentinel, and Intune.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, Terraform, or similar tools.

• Certifications such as Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or AWS Security Specialty.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with KQL for advanced threat detection.

• Familiarity with Logic Apps for automating security workflows.

Work Schedule: Roster-based, 24 hours × 7 days
