This role is key to the development and delivery of our core ‘As a service’ deliverables. Working closing with assigned Product Service Lead, this role will interpret requested new rules and amendments to rules, review and assess content, build and develop rules to ultimately enable the successful delivery of our core services under the As a Service delivery model.
Responsibilities
Client Portfolio Management
- Evolve, enhance, align data quality and financial crime business rules for assigned clients by fostering and delivering on client requests but through SME domain knowledge and leverage Novigi domain knowledge to identify and recommend content to the client for delivery.
- Foster Trusted partnership with the client to continually build a detective and preventative controls environment across the data quality and financial crime monitoring environment
- Provide technical leadership/guidance for all rule content, development and delivery as per Client SLAs ensuring consistency and scalability in all work completed within and across portfolio
- Oversee rule development of the assigned Product Services consultant, carry out due diligence, peer review and quality control prior to all content release
- Provide direct rule development support where complexity or capacity issue arise with the Product Services consultant to ensure adherence with agree client SLAs
- Support IDQ Platform administration behalf of the client, this extended to schedules, playlist, user role configuration, management of Declare module (if used), PEP and Sanctions / AML CTF administration

- Client Service
- Represent and present agreed and accountable deliverables to our client sas part of our agreed engagement model per client of the As a Service Function
- Support and provide the Product Services Manager with key SLA metrics and supporting information to conduct 6 monthly reviews of the As a Service delivery (qualitative and quantitative) with each of the assigned clients ensuring we adhere or are accountable to actual services provided under the agreement
- Work closely with the Product Services Manager to ensure a high standard of engagement and client services is always front and centre with our client interactions no matter the circumstance.
- Support the Product Services Manager on matters escalated per client portfolio that impact our capacity to adhere to agreement SLAs with client
- Other primary responsibilities
- Commit to strong development plan to improve knowledge base of all fund schemes, administration systems and operating environments across assigned as a service client base. Share this knowledge across the DMS team
- Work with the Product Services Manager to activate process and mechanisms to regularly review Industry, Regulatory and Best Practise Operations environments as means to identifying and recommending new content/use cases to our clients as key service within the “As a Service Catalogue”
- Participate in building a culture of development for Product Services consultancy pool so that DMS can develop a ground up development approach to support expected growth in the team

Technical Skills
- Tertiary Degree qualification in either Commerce, Business, IT or Computer Science.
- Preferable Diploma in Superannuation (ASFA)
- Up 0 to +5 years’ delivery experience preferably in the Superannuation/wealth Management industry in either or all the areas of data quality, data remediation or data governance.
- Demonstrated high level of SQL capability, ability to review and interpret complex data models/structures.
- Exposure to Data Quality functions and/or monitoring/interrogating data for qualitative outcomes or fraudulent misuse in the Financial Services industry or relevant working experience
- Exposure to Financial Services industry particularly Superannuation / Wealth Management
- Working knowledge of DQ and Fin Crime tools and technology desirable not essential
- An understanding of data quality and risk management principles
- Experience with superannuation / broader financial services administration platforms
- Understanding of the software development cycle (includes testing and release management).
