About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Patient Consultant to join our growing national team. This is a sales-focused, consultative role where you’ll manage warm inbound enquiries only — no cold calling. You’ll speak with patients who have already expressed interest in dental implant solutions, guide them through their options, and help them confidently move to the next stage of care. You’ll start remotely, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid role at our head office as you progress. We also offer flexible working hours, recognising performance and outcomes over rigid schedules.

What You’ll Do
- Respond to warm patient enquiries via phone, SMS, and email
- Conduct structured, empathetic consultations to understand patient needs and goals
- Build trust, address concerns, and guide patients using our consultative framework
- Book consultations and secure deposits
- Support patients through finance pathways and next steps
- Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and general patient support tasks
What We’re Looking For
- A confident, articulate communicator with excellent phone presence
- An empathetic listener who genuinely enjoys helping people
- Organised, reliable, and self-motivated — especially when working remotely
- Sales-minded, with the ability to guide conversations and close with care and integrity
- Experience in healthcare, call centres, or consultative sales is highly valued (but not essential)
