Summary:

The Multi-Site Practice Manager will oversee the efficient operation of multiple practice locations across Queensland. This role is crucial for ensuring high standards of patient care, optimising practice performance, and fostering a collaborative environment among staff. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of multiple practice sites, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support practice staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
