You will be responsible for driving predictable patient acquisition across our national network of clinics through performance marketing, funnel optimisation and data-driven strategy.
You will oversee our paid media operations, creative strategy, and marketing performance while managing a team that includes media buyers, video editors and marketing specialists.
This role requires someone who understands the commercial mathematics of marketing.
You should be comfortable working backwards from revenue targets and determining:
• How many patients we need
• How many consultations we need
• How many leads we need
• What cost per lead and cost per acquisition we must achieve
• What ad spend is required to scale
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to ensure our marketing systems continue to scale efficiently as we expand nationally.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Strategy
• Lead the performance marketing strategy across paid channels including Meta, Google, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CPA and return on ad spend
• Implement structured testing frameworks for creatives, hooks, offers and funnels
Revenue & Lead Forecasting
• Translate revenue targets into clear marketing performance metrics
• Model lead volumes, ad spend requirements and expected acquisition costs
• Provide forecasting and performance reporting to leadership
Marketing Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a team including media buyers, creative editors and marketing specialists
• Oversee execution of campaigns while maintaining a strong focus on performance outcomes
• Improve systems, workflows and accountability within the marketing department
Funnel Strategy (TOF / MOF / BOF)
• Build and optimise full-funnel marketing strategies
• Improve lead quality, consultation bookings and patient acquisition
• Ensure alignment between paid marketing, organic content and conversion pathways
Data & Performance Analytics
• Maintain clear performance dashboards and reporting
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and strong attribution
• Identify opportunities for improvement through analytics and experimentation
Key Experience
• Strong experience managing large paid media budgets ($100k–$500k+ per month)
• Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven ability to improve CPL, CPA and ROAS
• Experience managing media buyers and marketing teams
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with marketing data
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing (TOF / MOF / BOF)
• Experience scaling high-ticket service businesses is highly regarded
