Production Supervisor

No 1 Roofing & Building Supplies is one of the largest wholesale suppliers of metal roofing and building products, servicing Sydney, Central Coast, Hunter, and Mid North Coast regions. We’ve been servicing the Building and Construction industry since 1990, allowing us to build strong and valued relationships with our customers and the most trusted brands in the Australian Building industry.

We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the highly successful and growing team at our Brendale branch, on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

Your work may include:

• Developing and communicating daily objectives to the Production team

• Lead and supervise a production team in roll-forming and/or flashings, including daily toolbox talks, task allocation and performance monitoring

• Ensuring the safe use of equipment through staff training and monitoring
• Driving continuous improvement including productivity, quality efficiency opportunities and error reduction
• Interpreting orders and drawings, manufacturing to exact specifications
• Operating machinery in the production of metal roofing products
• Checking production outputs and quality

About you:

You’ll have experience providing supervision in a similar Production environment, with metal roofing or building materials. You’ve got strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery operation, and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
