Our Garden Maintenance team keeps our community spaces looking their best from residential yards to commercial sites, while supporting NBAC’s vision of sustainable local jobs and community wellbeing.

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Garden Maintenance Workers to join our team. You’ll be part of a supportive crew maintaining gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas across Karratha, Dampier and Cape Lambert.

What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team
• Strong commitment to safe work practices
• Physically fit with good stamina for outdoor labour
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen and pre-employment medical

Desirable

• Current valid driver’s licence (required for some sites)
• Previous gardening, landscaping or maintenance experience (not essential, we’ll train the right person!)
