Social Media Trainee Producer – Part-Time – 1 position • Reports to: Chief Editorial Officer Purpose To create, curate, and promote social media content that amplifies Ngaarda Media’s community voice and supports audience engagement. Key Responsibilities • Produce social media posts, reels, and short videos. • Design graphics and captions aligned with brand guidelines. • Schedule and monitor engagement across social platforms. • Promote radio and video programs through social campaigns. • Collect analytics for reporting to management and NIAA. Selection Criteria • Passion for social media, creativity, and design. • Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. • Strong teamwork and attention to detail. • Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants strongly encouraged.
