Salary From $32.14 per hour

Reporting To Finance & Administration Manager

Position Purpose:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Casual Cleaner. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our staff, clients and families.

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning preferred.

• All NSOA staff are required to complete an NSW ‘Working with Children Check’.

Skill Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.

• Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including early mornings, afternoons and split shifts as needed.

• Proven ability to work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team and to work independently & within a team environment.

• Current drivers’ licence

Additional Expectations:

• To display informed affinity with the ideas, aspirations and ethics of the New School of Arts Neighbourhood House Inc. and to identify with its purpose.

• To attend appropriate development and training courses.

Desirable Criteria

• Previous experience within the community services, children’s services or not-for-profit sector.
