Disability Support Worker

At New Growth Care Group, we do things a little differently. We’re human-centred, hands-on, and genuinely care about the people we support and the team around them.

We’re looking for Casual Disability Support Workers to join our growing team, supporting participants across two SIL homes in the Caulfield area and community clients across Melbourne. Our supports run 24/7, so there’s a mix of active shifts and sleepovers available.

💚 About the role

You’ll be supporting participants with:

• Daily living and personal care
• Meal prep and household tasks
• Community access and outings
• Overnight support (sleepovers included)
• No two days are the same, and every shift makes a real difference.

🌟 What we’re looking for

• Experience in disability support (SIL and/or community)
• Confidence with personal care and daily routines
• Availability across a rotating roster (including sleepovers)
• A warm, reliable, and down-to-earth approach

✅ What you’ll need

• Cert IV (or higher) in Disability, Aged Care or similar
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module
• First Aid & CPR
• NDIS Worker Screening Check / WWCC
• Driver’s licence & reliable vehicle
• Full working rights in Australia
