Key Responsibilities

People & Recruitment

  • Manage job advertisements on SEEK and Employment Hero
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
  • Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes

HR Administration & Payroll Support

  • Maintain employee records and contracts
  • Assist with payroll inputs, timesheets, and leave tracking
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance

Reporting & Insights

  • Build HR reports on labour, headcount, and workforce trends
  • Translate data into clear and professional insights
  • Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership

Content & Projects

  • Develop HR documents including org charts and presentations
  • Support induction programs and recruitment initiatives
  • Continuously improve HR processes and systems

About You

  • Degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 1–3 years of experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Canva or similar tools
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A proactive mindset and desire to build a career in HR
  • Exposure to SEEK or Employment Hero is advantageous
