Crunch Fitness is seeking casual, part time and/or full time Membership Officers to deliver excellence in member experience and business operations. Available locations includes Chatswood, Dee Why, Caringbah, Bankstown, Parramatta, Rockdale, Mortdale, Alexandria and Hoxton Park.

Role Overview
As the Membership Officer (MO), you will be the face of Crunch Fitness and contribute to the success of our club. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding member and guest experiences whilst ensuring a high level of service and sales standards. You’ll collaborate closely with your team to achieve membership growth and elevate our club’s performance.
Member Experience
• Welcoming members at all touchpoints, ensuring a positive guest and member experience
• Handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
• Fostering engagement through personalized interactions
• Maintain and follow club rules and policies diligently
• Support key services like Rest and Recovery, Personal Training, and Group Fitness
Teamwork
• Collaborate with team members
• Commit to training compliance and on-going learning and development
• Ensure compliance with operation systems and procedures
Membership Sales
• Engage with potential members to understand their fitness goals
• Achieve membership sales goals
• Follow through on execution of SMART plans
• Focus on member generation, guest conversions, retention and referrals
