Crunch Fitness is currently looking for Club Managers to join and lead their team on a Full-Time Permanent basis with various locations across NSW, some of our clubs includes Chatswood, Dee Why, Alexandria, Rockdale, Mortdale, Bankstown, Caringbah, Hoxton Park and Parramatta.

As a Club Manager, you will:

• Overall profit & loss management of the club, including member acquisitions, member retention and overall club revenues.

• Responsible for weekly rostering and management of a team of up to 15 casuals/part time or full time staff, ensuring fairness and compliance to all

• Coach, mentor and oversee your team to ensure strict adherence to club operating procedures and processes (daily floor walks, club audit compliance, meeting service level agreements)

• Provide guidance to team on customer service excellence and delivering a positive member journey

• Partner with local businesses and local community on club marketing initiatives to drive new guests and membership conversion.

Qualities, Skills, and Experience You’ll Bring:

• Engaging with people in a fast-paced sales and service environment

• Proven managerial/leadership experience managing a team of 8-15

• Proven ability to drive goals and meet sales targets

• Ability to manage, influence and inspire a team to achieve sales and operational goals
