The Role:

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will strategically manage our key client relationships while identifying and driving opportunities for growth. This is a high-touch, commercially focused role that blends strategic account management with proactive sales, making you central to New Aim’s revenue growth ambitions.

What You’ll Do

Account Strategy & Sales

  • Develop and execute customised sales plans, growth targets, and account strategies for each Tier 1 partner.
  • Identify and proactively pursue upsell, cross-sell, and category expansion opportunities.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions.
  • Design and present tailored promotional campaigns and growth initiatives.

Service & Escalations

  • Manage after-sales Triage and Escalation with speed and precision.
  • Provide bespoke solutions including fast-track after-sales support, sentiment monitoring, and price protection.
  • Oversee pricing integrity and coordinate cross-functional responses to complex retailer issues.

Retention & Growth

  • Drive retention by deepening retailer engagement across multiple product categories.
  • Monitor account health indicators and intervene proactively to prevent churn.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Logistics) to deliver retailer-facing improvements.

Relationship Management

  • Serve as the dedicated Account Manager and primary point of contact for strategic retailers.
  • Conduct regular business reviews via phone, online and in-person meetings
  • Build multi-stakeholder relationships across buying, operations, and leadership teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Commercial Pedigree: Minimum of 3+ years in strategic account management, B2B sales, or commercially driven customer success, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Industry Domain Expertise: Sophisticated understanding of e-commerce, retail marketplaces, or supply chain dynamics, ideally with exposure to dropshipping or wholesale models.
  • Negotiation Finesse: Advanced ability to navigate complex commercial discussions and solve high-pressure problems with a solutions-first, data-driven mindset.
