Our thriving warehouses (we have 6 in total!) are seeking Forklift Operators, to play a pivotal role in the smooth-running of our warehouse operations. The Forklift Operators roles will be on a casual basis, with the view to become permanent.
Locations:
We have multiple openings across our sites in:
- Brooklyn
- Derrimut
- Laverton North
- Truganina
Your Role:
- Loading and unloading of Linehaul trailers, local vehicles, and inbound containers
- Loading a range of general oversized products and freight
- Inbound receiving and outbound dispatching
- Moving pallets around the warehouse
- Meeting loading and unloading deadlines whilst maintaining safety and zero damages
- Manual handling
- Order picking if required
- Assisting with the other warehouse duties as needed
- Working with the warehouse team to ensure accuracy and high standards of service are always maintained while complying with our OH&S policies
To be successful, you must have:
- Physically fit to handle repetitive heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Experiences in warehouse practice – we do not have cold storage or hazardous materials but we do need reach experience
- Be motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work as part of a team environment
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a commitment to safe work practices
