About the Role
Reporting to the Ticketing & Hospitality Manager, this role is responsible for the
planning, delivery and optimisation of:
- Ticketing strategy and operations
- Corporate hospitality and premium experiences
- Official fan travel programs
- VIP, stakeholder and event day experiences
In this role, you will work closely with ticketing agencies, hospitality and travel partners, venues, World Netball and internal teams to deliver an integrated, world‑class program that drives revenue and elevates the fan experience. More specifically you will focus on various areas including:
- Lead end-to-end ticketing delivery, pricing, inventory and sales performance
- Manage relationships with ticketing, hospitality and travel partners
- Develop and deliver premium hospitality products and experiences
- Oversee ticketing and hospitality operations during the tournament
- Contribute to official World Cup events, launches and stakeholder functions
- Provide commercial reporting, forecasting and performance insights
- Ensure compliance, risk management and operational readiness
About You
Together with your enthusiasm and passion for sport and major events you will bring:
- 3+ years’ experience in ticketing, hospitality, travel or major event delivery
- Experience in large‑scale sport, entertainment or venue environments
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and project management skills
- A commercial mindset with a passion for fan‑centred experiences
- Confidence operating in fast paced, high profile event environments

Additional Information
Reporting into the Ticketing & Hospitality Manager, this full-time role will be based at Sydney Olympic Park, on a fixed-term basis through to September
2027. Given the unique nature of the sports industry, and the domestic &
global reach of our organisation, travelling and working outside of Netball HQ
and traditional office hours may be required from time to time. Our teams work
flexibly, and we encourage the successful applicant to discuss flexible working
options with their new Manager.
