As Midnight Cloud Chaser continues to grow, we are seeking Registered Nurses to join our team in a hands-on, shift-based role.

About the Role
This is a hands-on, patient-facing Registered Nurse role providing comprehensive nursing care across day, evening and overnight shifts.
Registered Nurses work closely with Clinical Nurses and allied health professionals, with clear clinical support and escalation pathways. This role is ideal for nurses seeking continuity of care, skill development and meaningful long-term work with one client.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
• Deliver high-quality nursing care including:
- Medication administration
- Respiratory care (training provided)
- PEG feeding, stoma care and pressure care
- Seizure management
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Registered Nurses at Midnight Cloud Chaser are required to support daily living needs as part of holistic care. This includes personal care, routines, meals, overnight support, light household tasks and community outings related to the client. ADLs are a shared responsibility and are an expected compnent of this role.
Other
• Support complex communication needs and supported decision-making (training provided)
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including physiotherapy assistants
• Manual handling with appropriate equipment provided
• Must love dogs 🐾

Qualifications & Skills
Essential
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Availability to work day, evening and overnight shifts
- Compassionate, reliable and flexible approach
- Willingness to learn and develop advanced clinical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Integrity, initiative, attention to detail and professionalism
Highly Desirable
- Experience in stomal therapy, respiratory, ICU or A&E nursing
- Experience supporting people with complex disability or communication needs
- ALS certification
Other Requirements
• Up-to-date vaccinations, CPR and First Aid
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Non-smoker
