The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Senior Account Manager to join our growing, fast paced, purpose driven environment. You will take responsibility for creating long-term, trusted relationships with our customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new referral and business opportunities. The role will involve a closely collaborative approach with the customer, as well as the core clinical team responsible for delivering the Navigator services. You will be part of a collaborative, innovative & progressive team that will inspire you to progress and excel.

Duties:

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Monitor and analyze account performance metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing insights and recommendations with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in personal injury account management or sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and client satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute account plans that align with business objectives
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
