Navigator Group is looking for Registered Psychologists (Registered or Clinical) on a Casual basis to join our team of dedicated mental health professionals. This is a fully remote role particularly well suited to psychologists running their own private practice who are seeking flexibility and supplementary income without the burden of additional business administration.

We are committed to delivering effective, evidence-based interventions that support individuals recovering from psychological injuries, helping them regain confidence, support their recovery and return to work. Our award-winning Psychological Recovery Program provides a structured yet flexible approach to recovery, ensuring clients receive the right support at the right time, with a focus on real clinical outcomes.

The Role

As a Psychologist, you will play a key role in:

• Assessing the psychological needs of clients and delivering targeted interventions to support their recovery and return to work.

• Providing evidence-based treatment, ensuring clients receive the most effective care tailored to their individual needs.

• Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a holistic and person-centered recovery approach.

Who We’re Looking For

• Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist.

• SIRA registered or willingness to obtain registration prior to commencement.

• Experience delivering evidence-based treatment for psychological conditions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A team-oriented mindset, with experience working in a collaborative environment.

• (Desirable) Understanding of the compensable injury sector.

About You

• Fully registered Psychologist with AHPRA.

• 2 years + experience post registration.

• SIRA registered OR willingness to obtain registration prior to commencement.

• Experience or interest in workers’ compensation, occupational rehabilitation, or return-to-work services.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based interventions (CBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, etc.)

• Confident working independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
