The role:
This role reports directly to the CEO and is suited to a highly experienced professional who can hit the ground running, take ownership, and bring a dynamic, solutions-focused mindset to everything they do.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
This is a part-time role structured across 4 days per week, with preference for someone who prefers to spread the hours across 5 shorter days.
You will work closely with executives and teams across the business, acting as a central point of coordination. This role requires someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while always maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing complex calendars, schedules, and priorities for the CEO
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and delivered
- Handling correspondence and acting as a trusted liaison between the CEO and stakeholders
- Preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation
- Managing travel arrangements and itineraries
- Overseeing monthly expenses and administrative processes
- Ensuring monthly reporting is completed within required timeframes
- Coordinating team deliverables, project actions, and business priorities
- Supporting general project and contract management activities
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events, and company initiatives
- Supporting office operations and broader administrative functions
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with care and professionalism
About you:
The ideal candidate will:
- Bring at least 5 years’ experience supporting a CEO or senior executives, with the ability to operate independently
- Be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
- Be a confident communicator who can build strong working relationships across teams
- Take pride in delivering high-quality work and supporting others to succeed
- Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a genuine care for people and outcomes
